Description Alloa, Whins Road, Brewery General view of brewery from NE, main gatehouse/administration block left, DPV (Dual Purpose Vessels) right of centre. These ten stainless steel 650 barrel vessels incorate three thirty barrel yeast tanks and ferment and condition both lager and ales in one vessel. These were installed in 1994-5. From these, the ale or lager is pumped to the filtration area and thence to either tankers or kegging area for packaging
