These ten stainless steel 650 barrel vessels incorate three thirty barrel yeast tanks and ferment and condition both lager and ales in one vessel. These were installed in 1994-5. From these, the ale or lager is pumped to the filtration area and thence to either tankers or kegging area for packaging
