Scope and Content This is a general view of Inverness, looking towards the Black Isle. There are many sites within this area and few can be easily identified. But the Castle Is sitting on its mound above the Ness Bridge and the bulk of Eden Court Theatre can be seen a little to its left. The sports pitches at the Bught Park are at bottom left. Inverness High School is at centre left and the Kessock Bridge crosses the Kessock Narrows at top of picture. Ord Hill with its fort sits above the Kessock Bridge.
