Scope and Content This is a general view of the Holm area of Inverness. Holm Primary School, opened in 1974, is at the centre and the road which runs from centre left to top right follows the line of part of the 1726 Wade Road. Archaeological investigation in 2001 ahead of development uncovered various remains of interest at Culduthel Farm, towards the top of the photo.
