Scope and Content A close view of Invergordon. To the right the oil rig fabrication yard with an oil rig being worked on, and beyond it to the right of another oil rig the floating harbour. Next comes the old harbour and the piers of the Royal Naval Dockyard with the dockside facilities to its left and Saltburn Jetty in the distance. To the left the white and grey roofs of the Invergordon Distillery and to their left closer to the town centre the tanks of the fuel depot on the site of a WW1 military camp in front of which the spire of the Free Church stands out.
