Scope and Content A close view of Dalmore Distillery and below it the foundations of the former Submarine Mine Station and Pier. Above the distillery is Dalmore Farm and in the surrounding fields the sites of a hut circle settlement, iron workings and a burial ground with cists. The triangular projection pointing down from the distillery is thought to be all that remains of Jacobite period fortifications.
