Scope and Content A general view with Upper Radderty farm left of centre. A corrugated iron building from the Blackstand (or Black Isle or Fortrose) Military Airfield survives to the right of the large shed. The main airstrip lay to the right, in the area now partially covered by a plantation. Close to the centre of the plantation area two mounds have been recorded and a cist burial with a beaker was found close to the more southerly one. In the top left corner of the plantation is a wooden hut surviving from the period of the airfield. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
