Scope and Content This view shows the abandoned settlement of East Mulchaich (Canmore ID 12778), linked to the surveyed Mulchaich distillery site and chambered cairn (Canmore ID 12763) 350m to SW. This was the Ferintosh distillery, famous in the late 18th century as a producer of quality whisky. To the top of the view is the farmstead and house of Drummondreach (Canmore ID 111361) and Drumandreach Wood in which there are the substantial remains of a dun (Canmore ID 12777).
