This Medieval church was dedicated to Our Lord and was known as Cille Chriosd, it was burnt down in 1603, was the site of a massacre, then reroofed in 1870. It is now a mausoleum of the Mackenzie's of Ord. The burial ground, still in use has graves oriented to the east. The church yard wall is noted on Canmore.
