Scope and Content This close view shows Balnagown Medieval Tower House, now restored, the gardens, kitchen garden, deer park and aviary. There has been a castle on the site since 14C, the present castle was remodelled in 18C and 19C. It was the ancestral home of the Chiefs of clan Ross.
