Scope and Content This view shows the fishing village of Balintore (Canmore ID 296966) with the harbour (Canmore ID 15251) at its centre. Hilton of Cadboll occupies the top left hand corner of the view and Shandwick, a third "seaboard" village, is just out of the bottom right hand corner. A number of cists and burials with human remains have been found during building work in the village. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
