Scope and Content Viewed from a point over the Perth Road, Annfield Works with its chimney and roofs (former jute mill restored as visitor attraction) is seen left of centre. The white building to right of centre, backed by green parkland, is Dudhope Castle. Dundee Law (aka Law Hill) occupies the right-hand side of the photo, with its iron age fort, medieval fortification and dominant War Memorial (1923) whose construction destroyed part of the iron age site. In the background is one of the Sidlaw summits, Craigowl, with its radio station. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
