Scope and Content Viewfield House, Viewfield Terrace, Dunfermline, Fife Viewfield House was built in about 1810 and extended to the rear in around 1850. The projecting central bay is elaborately decorated: the doorway has a stone arch and is bracketed by columns; the recessed first-floor window has pilasters, or flattened columns; and the second-floor window setting includes a flagpole.
