Scope and Content Dun dal Lamh is an impressive hillfort situated on a hill overlooking Strath Massie and the River Spey, including the 19th century Spey Dam (though neither area is visible in this picture). This has not been officially excavated, though various diggings have exposed an impressive internal wall face over 2.5m high. Forest & Land Scotland (formerly Forestry Commission Scotland) commissioned a detailed survey of the fort in 2011. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
