Scope and Content Skibo Castle which started life as a Bishop's Palace in the C16 and was rebuilt by Andrew Carnegie at the end of the C19 as a grand mansion. It now (2020) operates as the Carnegie Club, an exclusive private members club. The view includes the formal gardens on the left and the Home Farm at bottom right. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
