Scope and Content Just to L of centre, the building with the spire is the Wardlaw Mausoleum, the ancestral burial site of the Lovat Frasers. It is sited on the E side of the ruins of the old parish church of St Mary's, Wardlaw, which was amalgamated with Kirkhill, early 17c. This in turn replaced an early 13th century structure. The burial ground is still in use. The main church for Kirkhill is now more in the centre of the village. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
