Scope and Content This view memorialises the early stages of development at Culduthel Mains on the Southern Distributor Road. Evaluation and excavation in advance of building uncovered an extensive prehistoric landscape including evidence of settlement and metal working. A ring cairn was recorded in the late C19 in the area immediately to the SE of the roundabout. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
