Scope and Content Stratherrick Road runs from top to bottom of picture. Drummond Hill, at top centre, was built c. 1890 by William Burns, an Inverness solicitor. In the 1950s it was acquired by the Northern Agricultural College and in the 1990s when regional agricultural colleges merged, it became the Scottish Agricultural College. The College moved to premises at UHI in 2019 and Drummond Hill has now been converted into flats. The Lochardil Hotel is just above centre and Lochardil Primary School is to its right. Lochardil Primary School was built in 1964 when the Lochardil estate was being developed for housing and Lochardil House was built in 1876-78 and became a hotel in 1956. Stratherrick Gardens is in process of being built at centre left. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
