Photographer: ‘J.P.’ Date: ‘Oct 1964’ Pre-reconstruction detail of The Anchorage, 1,2 Shore Road, Dysart, Fife The Anchorage was probably completed in 1582, the date inscribed on one of the window pediments. It was extensively reconstructed in 1965. This shows part of the building in 1964 prior to restoration. Source: RCAHMS contribution to SCRAN.
