Scope and Content The report records a survey of the archaeological sites within the grounds of Castle Leod, Strathpeffer, Ross-shire, carried out by members of the North of Scotland Archaeological Society between January and May 2013. Three features had already been recorded on Canmore; eight others were recorded on the Highland Council Historic Environment Record. In all, 34 sites are described, including a standing stone, a burial ground with four headstones, an old road and a well; also various walls, house and other structures, trees and garden areas. Three appendices describe Masons marks, a Transcription of text from a map of 1762 by Peter May, and references to place names 'Castle Leod' and 'Achterneed'. This is a 12-page report, including text, maps, and photographs.
