Scope and Content A gelatine dry plate negative in good condition, of the back of the Class III sculptured stone Whithorn No. 5. The photographs is attributed to William Galloway and is fig. 524 on page 491 of J. Romilly Allen's Early Christian Monuments of Scotland. The negative was number 17 in box 2 in the original order.
