The construction of the road bridge carrying the A1 across the River Tyne near East Linton has been recorded on oblique aerial photographs (RCAHMSAP 2003).

This bridge carries the East Linton By-pass (the present line of the A1 (T) public road) over the River Tyne about 1km SW of East Linton. It is depicted (but not noted) on the current edition of the OS AIB (GIS).
