This subrectangular building is situated on a terrace on the steep slopes of the N side of Glen Dee. It measures 6.2m from NE to SW by 2.4m transversely within coursed rubble footings 0.9m in thickness and 0.3m in height. It has two compartments and an entrance on the SE side. An overgrown track cutting up the valley side from the modern track passes the W and NW sides of the building.
