The location and map sheet assigned to this record are essentially tentative. Lochmaddy harbour is not indicated as such on the 1996 edition of the OS 1:50,000 map: the term may apply to Loch nam Madadh as a whole. Lochmaddy pier (NF96NW 46) is at NF 9198 6800.
