NH53SE 16 unlocated

(Flat copper axe or ingot - unclassified). Inverness-shire (?). Axe or ingot, very bad casting, corroded on one face, smooth on the other. Length 177mm, butt 81mm, cutting edge 136mm, weight 1030 gms. Inverness Museum (accession no.00.81). Possibly not genuine and therfore apparently not listed by Coles (1969).
