This subrectangular building-platform is situated on the W bank of the Ashy Sike about 15m N of a circular stone sheepfold. It measures 9.6m from E to W by up to 5.6m transversely and has been levelled to a depth of about 1m into the S-facing slope.

Visited by RCAHMS (ARW, JRS), 28 June 1993.

Listed as building.

RCAHMS 1997.
