A three-storey structure constructed of squared rubble. The ground floor is dominated by a number of wide cart entries.

Site Management (21 August 2012)

Long 3 storey former mill sloping back from the street. Photographs in the John Hume Collection at RCAHMS (see Canmore link below) show the building intact with the wallhead gable to the left and a pedimented dormer breaking eaves to the right. Pitched slated roof. Tall chimney stack on east gable. Arched gated pend to River Street elevation, also at least two arched gated access points in East gable.

Appears on the 2nd edition (1:2;500 series) OS map.
