A township comprising ten roofed and one partially roofed building and a head-dyke is depicted on the 1st edition of the OS 6-inch map (Ross-shire and Cromartyshire 1881, sheet vii). Nine roofed and four unroofed buildings and a head-dyke are shown on the current edition of the OS 1:10,000 map (1970).
