The remains of a modern croft, 20.5m N-S by 4.8m E-W with walls standing about 1m high. It comprises three rooms and has an adjoining enclosure 18.7m by 3m on the N. A curved enclosure wall springs from the N end of the W wall.

This croft and enclosure and the farmstead and enclosure centred at ND 217 747 are possibly the same structures.
