Location formerly entered as NX 9797 6210.

(Location cited as NX 979 621). Sawmill, Drumburn, probably early 19th century. A single-storey and basement rubble building with wooden extensions. There is an eight-spoke overshot wheel 4ft 1ins (1.25m) wide by 14ft (4.27m) diameter with iron rings, axle and buckets, wooden sole and spokes, driving a circular saw. Still in use.
