There was a chapel at North Dun, which appears to have been the original name of Grassquoy (ND 2026 5740)

H Scott et al 1915-61.

Grassquoy and its environs is an area of ploughed fields. There is no indication of a chapel on the ground, and no local information concerning one.

Visited by OS (J M) 3 March 1982

Quarry (ND 2025 5745). Dimensions: 80 x 30m. Quarry 1.5-2.5m deep on the site of a chapel.
