Archaeology Notes

NY19SE 60 153 916

The western and northern flanks of Broom Hill are covered with the extensive, if eroded, remains of rig-and-furrow cultivation. In parts, these have been superseded by grass-grown plantation or field banks (NY19SE 46).

Visited by RCAHMS (JRS), February 1992.
