This cairn, situated at the N end of Achanarras Hill, about 1/2 mile NNW of the farm, appears as a low mound measuring 33ft N-S by 30ft transversely and up to 2ft high.

RCAHMS 1911, visited 1910

This cairn is as described by the RCAHMS. A small rectangle of stones in its centre is probably the remains of a shooting butt.

Surveyed at 1:2500.
