HY30SW 33 3235 0024

Foundation remains of two structures/enclosures.

(a) Rectangular foundation lines c. 15.5 x 7.9m composed of large beach pebbles. Long axis approx. N/S. foundation width c.1m. Maximum surviving height c.0.5m.

(b) Rectangular foundation lines c. 11 x 7.5m c. 16m to south of (a) composed of large beach pebbles. Long axis approx. E/W. Foundation width c 0.7m. Maximum surviving height c. 0.5m.

Two structures conjoined by west wall leaving partially enclosed area in between. Both situated on narrow isthmus joining Cava to Calf of Cava.
