(Location cited as NJ 7632 3659). Pillbox near junction of A947 and B9005 roads, between hotel and car park; measures 15 x 10 x 8ft.

NMRS, MS/712/8.

A type 22 pillbox noted by the Defence of Britain Project, is situated to the S of the bridge carrying the B9005 public road over the River Ythan. Constructed of brick and concrete, the pillbox is hexagonal, with a blast wall protected entrance to the E.
