Details in 1948: Output 180 tons per day, 46,500 tons per annum, stoop and room working. 201 employees. 2 screens for dry coal, no washing. Baths and medical health centre under construction. Canteen for packed meals. Steam, and electricity 100% from public supply. Report dated 06-08-1948.

Other Details: Handled and processed coal from Greenhill. Benefitted from reconstruction in the 1950s.
