Four shielings of differing sizes lie within the newly replanted plantation of Creag Ghlass. The largest measures 3m by 7m and is rectangular on plan. The remainder are smaller, measuring 5m by 4m.

Two shieling huts (NOSAS site survey numbers 980 and 981) located on the N side of the Allt Gleann Meinich, W of the Allta’Chair. Four shielings were recorded at this location previously. The area is enclosed by a deer fence with a dense ground cover of heather and small self-seeded trees.
