Field Visit (10 September 1993)

NR36NE 64 3828 6660.

Set into the foot of an E-facing slope, there are the grass-grown remains of a small building. The building measures 3.3m from NNE to SSW by 3m internally, and, with the exception of the W side, which is formed by the natural outcrop, the walls are built of stone. The building lies within an area of mineral extraction-trenches, probably for lead. Visited by RCAHMS (ARW/SPH) 10 September 1993.
