Accessing Scotland's Past Project

At least thirteen sheiling huts and a sheepfold are situated in heather moorland at the foot of the south-east flank of Tom Odhar, at the point where the Allt Ruigh na Cuileige and the Allt Coire nam Freumh converge to form the Sleach Burn. The unroofed huts and fold are depicted on the 1st edition of the Ordnance Survey 6-inch map, published in 1869, but four of the huts and the fold have been omitted from the modern 1:10000 map (1971).
