Archaeology Notes

HU35SW 17 c. 335 542.

A broken stone axe, and an unfinished oval knife, the latter measuring 3 3/8 by 2 1/8 by 5/8 ins, both from Laggans (a hill feature - name: HU 335 542) were donated to the National Museum of Antiquities of Scotland (NMAS) in 1911 by R C Haldane, Lochend, Lerwick.
