Archaeology Notes

NJ13SE 15 1835 3085

Doune of Dalmore: a prominent knoll. Five or six stones on the N side of its level summit give an illusion of a wall face, but they are probably natural, and there is no further sign of defence.

Visited by OS (AA) 24 January 1972.
