Letter from Sir John Marjoribanks to Lord Melville.

He writes about the need for a new Post Office and its proposed site on Regent's Bridge. Mr Lorimer, contractor for the Bridge has made an offer for the ground and Sir William Forbes and Company have offered to advance the money.
