This farmstead, which is situated in the stream-gully on the N bank of an unnamed burn some 100m SW of Dun Gearymore, comprises two sub-rectangular buildings, attached end-on at a slight angle to one another, and an enclosure on the E beside the burn. A field-bank runs off from the W end of one building and from the N end of the other. The westerly building measures 11m from ENE to WSW by 3m transversely within rubble-faced walls 1.6m in thickness and 1.1m in height with an entrance on the N side towards the W end. The second building, which is built on to the NE corner of the first, measures 6.2m from NE to SW by 3.1m transversely within walls of similar size to the westerly building.
