This farmstead, which is situated on a natural terrace at the base of the W side of the hill of Dun Gearymore, comprises two sub-rectangular buildings, a hut and an enclosure. The two buildings are arranged in parallel from E to W, a few metres apart. The northerly building measures 10.2m in length by 3.4m in breadth within rubble-faced walls 1.3m in thickness and 0.85m in height and has an outbuilding on its N side, which is entered from the building. The other building is similar, but slightly larger at 12.9m in length by 3.75m in breadth, and the enclosure is attached to its S side. A hut lies to the E of the northerly building and measures 4.5m from E to W by 2.3m transversely within low stony banks.
