Archaeology Notes

HP50SW 12 c. 542 030.

(HP 5421 0308) A pre-reformation chapel site at Killister is noted by Mr T Tulloch, Post Office, Gutcher.

Information from Shetland Museum Card Index and Annotated 6" map.

The site of this chapel is not known by Mr Tulloch, GPO, Gutcher, Yell except that it was at Kellister, and that it was probably associated with St Ninian's Chapel. (HP50SW 4).

Visited by OS (N K B) 8 May 1969.
