Archaeology Notes

NC86NW 16 centred 815 677.

NC 8138 6779. A circular stone structure, 2.5m in diameter, possibly a kelp-drying kiln.

NC 8140 6771. A sub-rectangular stone structure 4m NE-SW by 3m across and one to five courses in height, possibly a kelp-drying kiln.

NC 8166 6789. A possible, grass-covered structure 5m N-S by 4m across and one course high, with a few stones visible.

NC 8154 6787. A field-wall, 70m long and 0.5m wide and 0.25m high, in the form of a low bank with stone protruding.
