Aerial Photographic Interpretation (15 April 1999)
NO22SW 56 2029 2248.
A slightly crescentic cropmark which has been recorded by aerial photography 660m WSW of Glendoick, may represent the remains of a small souterrain measuring about 10m in length. The cropmarkings of further souterrains, an unenclosed settlement and pits have been recorded in the same field (NO22SW 12 and 58).
Information from RCAHMS (KB) 15 April 1999
Aerial Photographic Interpretation (31 August 1999)
Recent aerial photography (RCAHMSAP 1995) has revealed the cropmarks of a further two souterrains in the immediate area (NO22SW 79 and 80). It is probable that these sites, as well as previously recorded souterrains, cropmarks and pits (NO22SW 12, 39 and 58), are part of the same open settlement.
