Aerial Photographic Transcription (9 July 2012)
This palisaded enclosure has been recorded as a cropmark on oblique aerial photographs (RCAHMSAP 1988). It is roughly circular in plan and defined by a ditch about 1.07m wide. The enclosed area is 43.7m in diameter with an entrance 7.53m at the SE. However, the N section of the enclosure is missing, possibly eroded by the Kirkland Burn to the N.
