Situated c.150m north of Duncansclett on good north sloping ground on the edge of a field on the north side of the road leading to Bannaminn. The oval shaped mound measures c.7 by 5m, is oriented north-south, and has a height of c.1.3m. The top is levelled and an oblong drystone walled cist is exposed on its south side. The cist is oriented east-west, measures c. 2 by 1m, and is 0.4m deep. The cist is a modern one for drying potatoes but the mound is probably much older.
