(Formerly named as Spittalridding). Air photography (Prof B Jones) has recorded the cropmark of what may be a boundary-ditch pursuing an irregular course across two fields to the S of Spittalriddinghill steading (NY 16NE 151.00). At least two other linear cropmarks can be seen in the same field.
