NY 055 989. At this site there is a small, isolated 'field' of small cairns from 5ft to 9ft in diameter.

NY 0553 9893. A probable burial cairn occupies the crest of a N- facing slope. It measures 8.0m in overall diameter, is 1.2m high on the N side, and turf-covered. Elsewhere, on this raised undulating hillslope at approximately 244m OD four amorphous stone spreads were found, but they are too scattered and ill-defined to be classified.

A cairn is situated on the edge of a natural terrace overlooking boggy ground to the N. Sub-circular on plan, it measures 5.9m from E to W by 4.8m transversely. No trace could be found on the date of visit of the indeterminate remains identified by the OS surveyors.
